THE METHODOLOGY DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERFOMED WORK SUFFICIENCY DETERMINATION FOR THE ABANDONMENT (MOTHBALLING) OF HAZARDOUS PRODUCTION FACILITY — COAL MINE
The methodology of the performed work assessment oт the abandonment (mothballing) of a hazardous production facility, developed by JSC «NC VostNII» and applied to the coal mines of Kuzbass, is presented in the article. The mandatory procedures that must be performed during the abandonment (mothballing) process of hazardous production facilities are listed. It is noted in which cases an object is excluded from the state register on the basis of the statement issued by an organization or a self-employed entrepreneur. The statement can be paper-based or in electronic document form, signed by the qualified signature, federal executive body, Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation or by the federal executive authority or the State Atomic Energy Corporation «Rosatom» based on the results of control measures in the relation of the relevant facility. The algorithm flowchart for the performing work of determination of the measures adequacy for abandonment hazardous production facilities is presented.
